Robust by default
Industrial environments bring electrical noise, dust, heat and long duty cycles. Our designs include protection circuits, appropriate isolation and enclosure options such as DIN-rail and panel mount.
Field experience from installed products feeds back into new designs, steadily improving reliability.
Connect to PLC and SCADA
Instruments and controllers can output analog signals, relays or Modbus over RS-485, so they integrate into existing automation systems.
Communication parameters and registers are documented clearly so integrators can connect devices quickly.
White label for integrators
System integrators and distributors can supply our industrial instruments under their own brand through our white label programme.
Integrators gain a consistent, branded product range that strengthens their position with end customers.
Retrofitting and upgrading existing machines
Many factories run older machines whose controls are no longer supported. We design replacement controllers, meters and interface boards that fit existing panels and add features such as digital communication or data logging.
Retrofits extend machine life and improve performance without the cost of replacing whole systems.
Instrument ranges for distributors
Distributors and panel builders often need a consistent range of indicators, controllers and transmitters. Our white label programme lets them offer a branded range without investing in design.
Ranges can be built gradually, starting with best-selling products and adding variants as demand grows.
Reliability in continuous operation
Industrial products run around the clock. We derate components, manage heat and protect inputs and outputs against surges and wiring faults to extend service life.
Burn-in testing can be added for products where early failures would be especially costly.
Typical industrial applications
Our electronics are used in furnaces and ovens, plastic and rubber processing, food processing, pharmaceutical plants, HVAC systems, water treatment, packaging machinery and test laboratories. Each application brings its own requirements for range, accuracy, response time and environment.
Our engineers work with you to understand the process and select or design the right instrument for it.
Communication with plant systems
Modern plants expect instruments to share data. Modbus RTU over RS-485 is widely used for connecting meters and controllers to PLCs, SCADA and data acquisition systems. We also offer Ethernet and wireless options for newer installations and remote monitoring.
Connected instruments make it easier to monitor processes, record data and respond quickly to problems.
Installation-friendly design
Products designed for installers save time on site: clear terminal markings, pluggable terminals, standard panel cut-outs, simple configuration menus and well-written manuals. We consider installation and service from the first design review.
Feedback from installers is used to improve products and documentation over time.
Spare parts and long-term supply
Industrial customers expect products and spares to remain available for many years. We plan component supply and keep design records so products can be rebuilt and supported long after launch.
Long-term supply commitments can be discussed for products critical to your operations.
