Electrical environment in vehicles
Vehicle electrical systems produce voltage spikes, load dumps, reverse polarity events and electrical noise. Electronics must be protected with transient suppression, reverse polarity protection and filtering. Our designs include these protections by default for automotive applications.
Protection circuits are validated during prototype testing to ensure the product survives real vehicle conditions.
Harness manufacturing for vehicles and machines
Harnesses for vehicles, tractors, construction machines and special-purpose vehicles must route cleanly, resist abrasion and keep connectors secure under vibration. We build harnesses to your drawings with suitable sleeving, grommets and labelling, and test every harness for continuity.
Harnesses can be supplied alone or integrated into complete assemblies, reducing handling and supplier count.
Electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers
India's electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler market is growing quickly. Manufacturers need battery monitoring boards, chargers, lighting controllers, instrument clusters and harnesses. We support these products with design, prototyping and production.
